FAQ
How will I get my scores?
Once your order is complete, a secure download link will be sent to your email address instantly. All our scores are high-resolution PDF files; we do not ship physical copies.
Haven't received your link? Contact us and we’ll get it to you right away. For orchestral arrangements (Full Score & Parts), please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Do you offer orchestral materials for rent or for sale?
We operate on a buy-out model. Unlike traditional rentals, you pay a one-time fee to acquire the performance material (Full Score & Parts). The material then belongs to your orchestra (Lifetime License), allowing you to perform it as many times as you wish with no additional fees.
The purchase of the "Full Score & Parts" package grants a lifetime license for graphic reproduction, exclusively for the purchasing orchestra. This includes unlimited printing rights for use within your ensemble.
Is our orchestra allowed to print the parts?
Yes. The purchase of "Full Score & Parts" includes an unlimited printing license for the exclusive use of your ensemble. You are authorized to print as many copies as needed for your entire orchestra.
Are the files formatted for A4 or B4/A3?
Our orchestral files are engraved with generous margins. They are perfectly legible when printed on A4, but are optimized to be scaled up to B4 or A3 (the professional orchestral standard) without any loss of quality.
Do I need to pay performance royalties to perform the music in public?
It depends on the context:
- Private Use / Education: No. You are free to play the music at home or in a classroom/lesson setting.
- Public Performance (Professional/Ticketed): Yes. The purchase of the sheet music covers the graphic reproduction rights (the license to own and print the score), but NOT the Public Performance Rights. The concert organizer is responsible for reporting the performance to the relevant Performing Rights Organization (PRO) such as ASCAP, BMI, SACEM, GEMA, etc.
How do I get a Synchronization (Sync) License for film or video?
Using our music in visual media (Film, TV, Ads, YouTube) requires a specific Sync License, which is not included with the purchase of the audio track or sheet music. To obtain a license, please send us a request via our contact form. Describe your project details, and we will provide you with a custom quote.
Where can I find the ISWC code for my reporting?
The ISWC (International Standard Musical Work Code) for each work is listed under the "Work Details" tab on every product page.
I am a teacher; can my students perform your works in auditions?
Yes, with great pleasure! Generally, student auditions and conservatory or music school recitals are covered by the institution's annual blanket license with local Performing Rights Organizations (such as ASCAP, BMI, or SACEM). You do not need to take any additional steps or file any extra paperwork.
